What is this "MEATING" you are talking about . Some kind of Meat Processing stuff.

I have heard of a thing called MEETING where people gather to discuss an agenda.

I strongly think that someone should be monitoring the threads opened with headlines like "MEATING " and yesterday someone wanted a HOME WARM up. Gives a really bad impression of a community that is skilled .

I understand where you are coming from, but I think highly skilled refers to tech skills as opposed to English language excellence. :)

Sorry Sri to have come down so strongly.

Maximus I am not talking about highly skilled people excelling in the English language. This is basic English stuff - Everyone knows how "meeting" should be spelled as even if you are not very good in English speaking. Or how about House Warming . These things are too basic and do not need anyone to have excellent English.

There could be a typo sometimes, don't worry too much about it.

Does it look anywhere that I am trying to lecture on the English language.

All I am trying to say is that the title of the thread which is only a few words long can be spell checked at least before posting it. Is it too much to ask for.

I understand if you write a full paragraph or a big post there are bound to be mistakes but in the title itself ... that is too much.

Also there is a big difference between a typing mistake and being careless !

Proficiency in English language comes no where in the picture. Why not write the title in a word document and spell check it and post it.

I have enough faults of my own than to go around policing others but some things are too hard to digest.

Now coming to the discussion that triggered this thread...

Does anyone know if this hearing or the result of the hearing could harm us?

Yes like they say - Common sense is not too common. Applies to you pretty well.

I guess everyone can see what I meant to say and how you have twisted it . :p

Yes everyone saw how you made a stupid comment and deviated from the actual topic. Does anybody still remember what this thread was about.?

The threads that we create here are for our benefit and it is not for anybody to judge us. If it conveys the information, it does meet its purpose. That is my take.
