Heres a thought next time IV members or anybody else is in conference with any immigration organization.

For all the people waiting for LC in BEC why not propose premium processing but instead of the regular $1000 fee make it $5,000.Maybe with the goverment being money hungary might go for it and i am sure that most cases will not require $5,000 of labor to review and approve LCs and therefore would have more funds to hire more workers to process the remaining caes.

Keep Strong my fellow DOL sufferers and hope we get off this nightmare soon.

LC applied April 2001 EB3 Skilled worker.
Comfirmation letter April 15th 2001
PD April 27th 2001
45 Letter October 2005 (returned same day)
Checked Case "IN Process"

I doubt how many people will go for it... For people who have their PDs current, it makes sense to do it, but what about other people. What is the the use of LC if PD is years away.

With the current speed, I am pretty sure that BECs will be done with the backlog by Sep 07. Why hurry if there is no benefit down the road?

Yes, my PD is Aug 2004 - EB3. If it takes 30 days to clear; what to do next 7 to 15 years? Just wait for PD to become current? My $5000 is wasted.:o

all these suggestions have been made by the USCIS Ombudsman in the past. The DoL might get further negative press if they do this, wherein ignorant people may assume that we're trying to buy our way through GCs(which we know is not really possible unless you are an investor)
