Hi,
I am a July 2 filer. My employer has not provided with copy of 140 approval.
I have filed G-639 about a year back but i guess it will take years to get that.
I do have case number printout of my I-140.
Is it safe to use Ac-21 with only I-485 receipts?
I have the ETA 750 form used to file labour. (old backlog centre, labour, not PERM). How do I find job code, etc. from that?
