We have been able to achieve something in this uncertain polital and economical environment. Now, it is time we act. As Pappu mentioned in his update, the Phase II of the administrative fixes campaign starts at State level. We dont have a formal State Chapter in NE. It is high time we start one and contribute to IV's cause. Let us get it going. I know we have so many members from NE. Come on.. Let us join hands and start clapping. We will be heard.
