Hi, My Fiance is working in India and she will be travelling to US in L2 visa and continue her job with the same indian company in US after getting EAD.
Can the L2 applicant have a present employment and travel to US ?
Will the employment details in the DS160 form be cross referenced when she apply for H1 visa after coming to US ?
Please advise.
