Pre-adjuducation of applicantions with PD > July 2007

As per analysis by TDK in EB3-EB2 thread, there are chances that PD will going into Early 2007 for EB2 because enough visa numbers might become available by Sep 2011.
Due to July 2007 fiasco, USCIS has enough pre-adjudicated I-485 applications with PD upto early 2007 to approve them in 2011-12.

But in order to pre-adjudicate more applications in advance (before visa numbers actually become available for them, are there any chances that they will be moving the dates beyond available visa numbers.

For e.g.
My PD is 2008, I know that visa number won't be available for 2008 apps until Sep 2012 , but are there any chances that my PD will become current before Sep 2012 - just so that USCIS can process my app (prior to Sep 2012) & approve it as soon as Visa number becomes available (Sep 2012).

I am just trying to see when can people with PD 2008 should expect to file I-485 - unless visa number becomes available for them or before then.

PS: a) Please don't mix it up with I-485 filing when PD is not current discussion.
b) Please don't mix it up with analysis being done 'to get Green Card'.

Your pd has to be current before being able to file for 485 as things stand today :)

I understand ur question. What u are saying should happen in Jul-Aug 2011/2012. As they do this to avoid wasting the visa nos.
