Thanks Pappu, let me start with one urgent position that I am aware of:

Creating and modifying existing Data Models for Relational and Dimensional schemas for ORACLE and SQL environments
Experience working with a Data Modeling Case Tool (Erwin, ERStudio, System Designer)
Experience with Aggregate tables and reporting tables
Source to Target mapping document and ETL mapping document
Understanding of Business Intelligence architectures and Financial/Banking knowledge
Experience working with a Data Modeling Case Tool (Erwin, ERStudio, System Designer)
Knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional database architectures.

MUST HAVE:
5 – 7 years experience with Data Modeling tools.
7-10 years experience working with relational or multi-dimensional databases.
