I got an H1 from an employer with changes of status from L1 effective 31- jan-2011, but I will be joining this company only on 4-april-2011. I continued to work for L1 employer till
20-Feb after which i returned to India.
Now i have my visa interview - will i face issues because of the 25 days i spend with L1 employer and that I dont have H1 employer pay stubs?
