Hi, My wife and Me working on H1b with same employer, and my PERM filed on 2007 Eb3, 140 approved and applied I-485( this time i did not get married and filled as single) now my wife H1b 6 year time limit is getting close and need to file PERM asap.
so can she apply perm process with same employer? because I also applied my GC with this employer, Is there any conflict if both are applied GC with same employer.
please advice
