I140 Application question

Hi Gurus,

My I140 application is denied and pending appeal and I am in the proces of applying for new I140, in Part 4 section 6 is it suggested to give deatils of old I140 and if checked yes what all documents should be attached.

I know this is dumb question to ask as I should not lie on the application and hide my previous application details but the question really is what all documents should I furnish from my existing application.

Do I need to attach denial letter too.
