I am doing a self petition (EB2-NIW). My lawyer included a ETA750B when he filed EB2-NIW for my wife last year, which got approved. All the ETA750B forms I can find online from DOL website or other sources mention an expiration date of 02/28/2011. Does anyone know if ETA750B is still required with NIW applications or has it been replaced by some other form (9089?). On the other hand, a friend of mine recently self-petitioned in NIW without 750B and got approved.
