member banned

A member was recently banned. It was a client of mine who was excited that his RFE for a 3 year degree was approved. It appears that someone did not believe this was true and I was even accused of posting it at one point. You are free to ban who you like but I would have thought that you would have investigated it. The information is easily verified. This is a forum where everyone fights for truth and justice and so I was very surprised that this reader was banned without anyone looking for the truth.

We do not ban anyone unless we have reasons to believe that someone is working to harm our effort.

Also, it is possible that sometimes group of members in the same workplace and they have the same external IP address. In this case, if we ban the IP address of 1 member, it does block others who are in the same network that is configured to use NATing IP configuration. We do not like banning anyone and thats an extreme step which we are forced to under the curcumstances beyond our control.

Its possible that we did not intend to block anyone purposefully, but had to make a hard choice given the circumstances. If you could please share the information about the member who you suspect was banned unfairly, we will do further analysis and will get back to you soon.

My client is eb2.question
His post seemed to cause quite a problem and then he was banned.
This is an actual client who paid for an evaluation and was approved. All i am saying is that before accusations are made questions should be asked and facts gathered.

Thanks for providing the information. eb2.question was banned for using organizational resources for posting free advertisements.

Dear Admin,
As it happens that IP Adress of network at my workplace is banned. I am not sure why but as you said you might have banned it due to some member creating nuisance on the forum. Its a major fortune 500 company and all of the internet users have same IP. Its just not seem fair to punish all others.

She created a user profile as an immigrant (see the handle portion) and posting message.
Her previous thread is a false information claiming new USCIS rule regarding labor certification. So giving false info and attract to her thread. Everybody knows labor certification expire after 180 days. No labor substitution is allowed.

EB-3 Denied for education

I have been chatting with a few lawyers about a new ruling that these lawyers seem to believe can allow many who have had their EB3 denied for education reasons to refile a new I140 under their old Labor Cert (they never expire and you keep the old port date) and should meet with an approval. It does not apply to every denial, of course.

I don't want to post lawyers names here and I don't want to solicit any business for anyone but if anyone wants to contact me I can go into greater detail.

It doesn't seem logical of your request to remove some posts that says bad things about your firm and on the other hand you ask the admins of the reason for which a user that posted good things about your firm who was banned.

You are alluding to the fact that bad posters about your firm be either banned or removed from IV and good posters continue to be there.

IV is NOT your own website where you can choose to do something like this at your own whims and fancies. As you run a business, you need to be tolerant enough to listen to both good and bad rants about your firm and take it easy. Not even the best power sellers on ebay have 100% good ratings, why bother?

Eventhough most of the people are under stress about the immigration delays, do not down by the threats from outside forces like the OP to exploit our plight and make money and laugh at our face. OP is living in a fools paradise. I like more comments like snathan to condemn these kinds of threats.
