Hi,
Please help answer this question.
My I-140 is approved and I am waiting for my dates to become current. My priority date is October 2007. I am presently on H1B visa in the end of my 3rd year.
I am planning to take a 2 yr break studying a certification course in a slightly different field from my job.
Does having a break in my H1 job affect my GC processing with this employer? As far as I know, GC is for future job and should not have any problems. Seniors, please throw light on this.
Thanks!
Deleted thread in the other section and posting here as this seems to be more appropriate section for my question.
