View Full Version : I-140 denial notice not received - How to file MTR/Appeal?

Hi All,
My I-140 got denied on Sept 4th. I have not received denial notice till now. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Only 2 more weeks to file MTR/Appeal. How should i proceed now? My attorney still wants to wait for more time.

Same here My Got Denied on Aug 28.And I came to know today Oct 15
Can I apply MTR now ???

Technically no. But this what happened to me. If appeal is filed untimely, it will be considered as MTR by service center. File all evidence with appeal itself. You should be fine.
