I-140 denial notice not received - How to file MTR/Appeal?

Hi All,
My I-140 got denied on Sept 4th. I have not received denial notice till now. Only 2 more weeks to file MTR/Appeal. How should i proceed now? My attorney still wants to wait for more time.

Keep docs ready for MTR and once you receive the response from INS you should able to reply immed.

Without denial notice, I am not sure what kind of documents are required for MTR response. This I-140 was denied even without any RFE. There is no clue to guess the reason for denial.
