EB3 (India) 140 at TSC

Dear All, have you seen EB3 (India) 140 approvals at TSC for July 07 concurrent filers?

My PD is Feb 03 but like many of you my 140 has been pending at TSC for more than a year. I just wanted to find out whether people in the same boat get approvals or TSC does have a pilot plus program in which they'll look at our 140 only when (or should I say "if":-)) our PD is current.

I earned a red dot for asking the question below. The comment was "purpose of your question?". The purpose is to determine whether TSC is processing 140s even for those who filed concurrently last year but whose PDs aren't current.

I don't really care about the red dot but it just seems odd why someone would give a red dot for a legitimate question.

Anyway, if giving red dots will get your GC faster, bring'em on. :-)
