Hi,

My I-140 was approved on Sep 10. But yesterday they changed my Status to "Notice Returned as Undeliverable".

and the message says

" On October 9, 2008, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.
"

But our attorney has already got the approval letter and he send me a copy of it yesterday to confirm.

I called the given no to update this but the lady is ignoring my point and keep on stressing that it will take 2 weeks to update the system, but she is not understanding that in first place that message should not be there as I already received the notice and it could be some one else's case.

What should I do?

You are okay and need to do nothing in this regard. I-140 approvals go to the attorney and/or employer (you will get copy from these guys). I suspect the employer address is changed after filing and if so, since I-140 is employer petetion, employer or their authorised rep. need to initiate/request for change of address

It has happened to be before. I e-filed the EAD. Got the same message as yours in online. I know my address was not changed. So I called them and they resent it.
