Can you help me understand this?
My PERM is pending. Can I apply for adjustment of status under a different category with a different lawyer? The category would be National Interest Waiver?
In this case i will not have to wait for the PERM.
I have a friend who got hers in this category in 8 months! Got her GC in eight months, unbelievable. :D
