Ability to pay issue - RFE on I140

Guys,

I have received an RFE on I140 with a request for 2 things:

1. The company A I worked for got baught out by company B. Company A filed for my perm and I140. Before the I140 got approved company B baught out and they filed an amedment to my I140. USCIS is asking for proof of purchase.

2. Ability to pay profered wage evidence.

Now company B has sent the response for the RFE.
Online I see both the pending I140's have RFE. And the one filed by company A has a recent update which says response received.

My problem/concern is the 2nd I140 (filed by companyB) is still showing I140 RFE sent and waiting for response.

Is something wrong here?? Do you think I should check with lawyers if they sent the right response. Did the lawyers have to send 2 responses or just one as it is the same case pending.

I think if you receive one RFE
then thats all you need to reply.
however one thing in the purchase agreement some time they just check if company B Successor-in-interest take all liability from company A
and if they confirm this then you should be ok

I approached a person called "Unitenations" ( i forgot his name ) no joke.. most of the people know this person if you have this Ability pay issue.

Approach this person.. 100% success rate.. Looks for his phone or email in the forms.. you should fine it..

Hi Guys,

I just got an approval on my I-140. About 1 year after using AC21 to inform USCIS of change of employer who sponsored my GC . Just thought of passing this on to anyone sitting in a similar boat.
The approx 1 year wait made me loose a lot of hair!
