H4 to F1

Hi guys,

Thnks for all the replies before..

Right now I am on H4 living in Michigan,USA and thinking of going on F1 next month. My question is if my F1 gets rejected than will my H4 be valid or I have to file again for H4?? My h4 is till dec 2013.

My wife changed from H4 to F1 last year. Based on my research, unless F1 is approved your H4 remains active.

My Wife applied F1 last year from H4 and got approved. Recently she went to India for stamping F1 in Chennai and it got Suspended and asked her to re-apply for H4 and advised her that she can study in H4 also.

Now she is back to USA with H4 stamped. Is it possible to go back again to F1 to make use of OPT, etc?

Is those all approved F1 documents are still valid?

What about applying new F1?

Can any one advice please.
