Here are your options:

1. If she can come on her own based on a job, she can get H1B and come here. Then, she can apply for her own GC or you can file for her (now or after your citizenship).

OR

2. Apply for a family based I-130 petition in F2A category and do consular processing when her date becomes current (India has approx a 3.5 year wait time and there is additional time of 3-4months approx for CP itself).

OR

3. She can come as a student but, getting a non-immigrant visa (F1, B1/B2 etc) will be near to imposible since she will have to mention that she is married to a GC holder in her visa application form and the consular officer will consider her as a potential immigrant going on a non-immigrant visa and deny the visa.

Suppose a PR is divorced and he starts d-ating an F1 Visa Student .... or an MNC Manager coming here on B1 Visa and they decide to get married...? what happens then ...? can his spouse remain in US until her status is adjusted or she has to go back and apply as an immigrant ....

Also what if I 130 is filed and pending and the PR becomes a US Citizen ..? does the waiting automatically end and she becomes eligible or her initial application wait time is considered
