Hierarchy

client --> business partner --> preferred vendor --> vendor-->my employer

My client and business partner refused to give letter for h1b extension...now my question is will my h1 get extended if i submit Both vendors letter...?

Is there any one who got approvals recently with a case similar to me? If yes please suggest me how to put the documentation to get H1 approval without any RFE ..Any help is appreciated...

Thanks in advance

please try and convince the client/business-partner to give the letter. It can be as plain and simple like your day-to-day work responsibilities with skills/tools you use and importantly it should mention that you are been managed by your employer and not by the client.
just few lines of these on a letterhead is required.

good luck buddy.

Can you get copies of the contract between each party? How about the Statement of Work or Purchase Order that has your name and signed by the ultimate end client?

I dont think its possible to get purchase order as it codes billing rate, that is not good for them to release it.Can you get copies of the contract between each party? How about the Statement of Work or Purchase Order that has your name and signed by the ultimate end client?

I dont think its possible to get purchase order as it codes billing rate, that is not good for them to release it.

Some info on the PO (like billing rate) can be erased/blacked out when copying. Alternatively, you can ask them to send the document to your lawyer (if thats not possible then send directly to USCIS).

You will need some kind of contractual document to prove the hierarchy, so try to find a solution that works for everybody.

Good luck.

Hi,
I got extended where I had 2 layers between my client and my company. I got the letter from each of the party involved that is- client, main vendor, vendor. I also got an SOW which was between Main Vendor and Vendor where it didn't list any rate. I am sure you can get the same. Hope that helps. It seems that my Main Vendor's immigration attorney (one of top 4 in the US) was very confident that with an SOW, it is not difficult to get extension.
Hope that helps.

Wihtout letters/Contracts might be tough.

You can letter from them showing "refuse to give documents" in one way.

And you can ask your Attroney to write letter in which he can provide client details with your Manager etc contact numbers. If USCIS needs info they can call them directly.
However you need to tell your manager and get permission from them to include their details in filing.

And also you can take print out of some email communication between you, client and layers as proof. I heard some one doing this when discussing with friends.

Hope this helps you a bit.
