Hello,
Please see the details of my case in signature
since I have two I-140' approvals, Attorney sent formal letter to USCIS asking to interfile and approve 485 in 2nd week of June and in 3rd week(after 6 days) ,I called USCIS asking what is the status of my case and interfiling.
And July 1st week we got an RFE stating you need to send a formal request, which we did
attorney again sent but says they didn't attached any copies except a cover letter stating we already sent you on 2nd week of June
Questions:
1.did anyone had any similar experiences with your case where you got RFE formal request ,if so how long it took for you to get approval after RFE response.
2.is it a good idea to send me all the copies of approvals of 140 and I-485 receipt numbers with cover letter again or a duplicate effort can harm?
Any advice /experiences are appreciated
