hello:
here is my situation and I need some information.
I was working in the US on the H-1B1 (Singapore) from (2006-2009). Two years ago, my company applied for a new regular H1B and was approved so I made a change of status from H-1B1 to H1B in 2009. My H-1B is going to expire next Oct. Can I extend my regular H1B?
