Dear All,
I have an approved I-797 from Company B, Visa stamping from company B is expired and I left that company in 2009.
My wife was on OPT after her graduation from here and now has an approved I-797 petition - First H1-B visa - NEVER stamped.
Can we both use AVR to go to Bahamas?
