Hi any one help me,

I have valid current Advance Parole and new Advance Parole. My travel date is in between two approved Advance Parole date.

I am going to India with Current Advance Parole and come with new Advance parole that approved recently.
Because while coming to USA the current will expire and I need use the new one.

Can I use two different Advance parole for my travel ?

What do you mean?
You don't need AP to exit the country, AP is needed when you re-enter
(I am not a lawyer)

hey Sunx_2004,

is any role is there one should use AP should active before leaving country and then only they can enter with same AP ?

Because my new Approved AP will not active when leave from USA(this time current only active and will expire with in a week) but while comming back the new one will be active.

if you have any link regarding AP using for travel like me, please send it me.

Thanks for your time.

There is no such rule. you can reenter with your new advanced parole. I was in the same situation and my lawyer had advised me that it's fine to reenter with the new AP.

But carry your old advanced parole with u and both copies of the new one.

I don't think there's any problem with that. I traveled last year under similar circumstances. I left in mid October, and the AP I used to return back was valid from Nov 1. I think from last year they started issuing APs so that the issue date for your next AP is after the date your current one expires. This avoids overlap, and saves you some $ in the long run. I did not have any issues during return. I returned in mid November.
