Hello Guys,
Wanted to check if the ex-employees of Vision Systems and Worldwide Software services have any updates on their GC application. Mine has been pending forever..with no changes in statuses. I know that WWSS inc judgement was released a few months ago. Does that change anything? For those who don't know what happened, here is the history so far:

While I filed with H1 with another company and jumped boat...but I am curious about my pending application and wondering if now that it has been proven the problem was with the president(s) of the company and not the company itself..does the ex-emp's GC application have any validity?
