USCIS online address change - not updated

Hi,

I had submitted address change request online around 45 days ago on USCIS website.
I didn't receive any letter in the mail notifying that my address has been updated in USCIS system.

When I logged in and checked my case status today, there is no LUD change (Lost updated date, it shows 2010 date).

Seems like my change of address submission has not been updated. Did anybody come across similar situation?

Which one would be a better option:
To do the address change online again? or call the customer service?

While filling the USCIS address change form online, I didn't fill the Employer details, as they are optional. I guess that should not make any difference.

Call USCIS and verify whether they have your latest address on your 485s. That is the sure shot way of knowing it.

you will not have LUD on case status but you will receive a letter from uscis about change of address on you case.

I don't think the LUD changes for address change. I changed my address on July 1st. I received a letter dated July 7th at my new address that the address on my 485 application has changed. However, the LUD on my case did not change. Call the USCIS number. If you don't receive a letter within 30 days of filing an AR 11 you are meant to call the number.

Also, when you file the AR11 online, it asks you to update the address on individual pending petitions. AR11 is a generic form that updates your address with USCIS. It is not linked to your 485 automatically. You need to fill in a seperate form for your petition. Did you do this?
