Hi,
I am on H1 visa and thinking to switch my job using EAD. My wife is currently studying in college using H4.
If i switch to EAD, she will lose her H4 status and need to use EAD. She enquired in her college about EAD, and the international student services asking her what is Adjustment of Status and 485-pending.They are asking proof to show her legal status.
Did anyone face this problem trying to study on EAD .What document proves the legal status when you are on EAD.
Please help on this with informations you know.
