currently status
on Extension ( current extension is for 2.5 year )
Im working with same customer for more than 5 years now. it looks like customer is willing to transfer my H1 and also file the Green card
I have something in my mind, but want to get some advise
1. I can request customer to file for GC in EB2 and transfer my priority dates, so that i can do a concurrent filing of I40 , 485 because by the time the dates will be current ( i don't know how far i can convince the customer)
2. Transfer my H1 to customer, immediately start filing for GC
Q. since i'm in extension already (based on my existing I140), how my H1 will be valid with new customer
any suggestions.
