Hi there,
My I-140 is in pending status and I'm alarmed at seeing all the RFEs requested and given the time frame for us to respond.
I have already submitted the original experience letter which has the job title, skills sets and period of stay etc.... in company letter head. Is this enough?
I heard that for EB2 they request for more evidence for experience letters.
Is it true?
Could anyone pls send me the experience letter affidavit formats? pls email to gcsufferer@ymail.com.
Would appreciate any more information on this topic.
Thanks for the help.

Let me google that for you (http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=i140+experience+letter+format)
and the results:
Affidavit of experience from a Colleague (http://forums.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=195758)
Affidavit of experience (Own) (http://forums.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=159765)
Affidavit of experience from the Company (http://forums.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=254336)

I applied my 140 EB2 in July 2007 concurrently with 485. I got RFE for 140 for Experience letter in July 2008. USCIS needs more detailed experience letter from my previous comapany, explaining the dates of experience, Role, Responsibilities and Project details.
Luckily I got the experience letter from my previous employer in the desired format. My attorney replied to RFE in Aug 2008. Got the Approval notice on Dec 16th 2008, one week back.
USCIS took nearly 4 months to send the approval after replying RFE. Don't worry, 140 process is very slow nowadays. if everything is fine, you might get your approval without RFE. Good Luck.
140 Applied: July 2007 (NSC)
140 RFE Date :July 24 2008
RFE replied date: Aug 26 2008
140 Approval Notice: Dec 16th 2008

Folks,
I have been through this journey and as far as I know.... They need only original experience letter on company's letter head which will mention the time you worked for them with your skills specified. Even if you do not have the skills specified, they will ask send RFE and I got one too..
