Today i got my AP after 2 years of waiting.

I applied for I131 in 2009 and was waiting for it . Called the service center 5 to 8 times.

Unfortunate...!!!!

It might have expired also I guess:)....unless they have made sure to change its validity based on issue date...!!!

I do not believe it. This is impossible.

Where were you when we were collecting cases of regular IV members as examples last year? We could have helped you.

Anyways. Here is something people can do if they are waiting for a significant amount of time for AP/EAD. If they are a long term continuing donor member, they can contact IV and we can try to help them. If someone has been current for a long time and their I485 has not been approved despite being way outside the processing time, they can contact IV. At this time we will only be able to help long term donor members for individual cases as such effort takes away from IV resources and needs a lot of our personal time. We prefer to spend time for a broader reforms and fixes instead of individual cases.

The Ap date is from july 2011 to july 2012
