Hello,
My current H1-B is expiring on Sep 27, 2011 and I have applied for my EAD/AP/AOS on Aug 4, 2011 (receipt date). I should be receiving my EAD card in 3 months the latest (Nov 1st week).
I am looking for ways to save the $3000 expenditure for H1-B extension but still have the ability to work during that 3-4 week gap where the work visa has expired but EAD card hasn't been approved yet.
Any thoughts / inputs would be greatly appreciated.
