H1B and H4 stamping in Canada vs India

I am planning to visit Canada for H1 and H4 stamping. Can someone please let me know the procedure and is it safe to get stamping in Canada than India?

there were 2 guys who had got 221g in canada recently and they had posted here on IV. please search that thread. if i were you, i would say that its better to wait in home country if such thing happens.
