AP Process – Help

Hello helping hands,

I have filed my AP with TSC about 90 days ago, no updates happened up to now.
Is anybody known TSC is slow this time for AP?
Call to TSC Customer service will help or improve the process? (OR) Infopass will be better?

My wife's application took more than 90 days at TSC. You can call they they can tell what date they are currently processing

Just now I have talk to Customer service rep, but she is telling just what I am seeing in the online information.

I asked her what date it is processing now , she replied that she can’t see that and asking me wait 3 months to complete( she is going with receipt date to next 3 months date) not 90 days.

Can anyone please provide a list of document for self-filing AP?

Docuemnt you may include for AP filing,

I-485 receipts,
current copy of AP if you have one.
Passport entry pages.
2 passport size phots for each application.

Howmany days it taking to get AP in hand after approved.
