H1B Extension at CSC

My H1-B extension is filed with CSC on Oct 21st,2008. The status still shows Case received and Pending. Are there others in the same boat ?
Is there an issue with processing @ CSC ? The Processing time states 2 months !

Any thoughts on what is going on ?

I applied for an extenion in Sep 24 2008 (Vermont). Opened a SR in 1st week of January- still waiting.
