Dear IV Friends,

It has been more than one month still waiting for DOL to respond on my PERM withdrawal. Does anybody have any information about withdrawals? Has anyone filed withdrawal before?

It took 3 to 4 days for withdrawal in Jan 2008... I am not sure how long it is taking now

It took 3 to 4 days for withdrawal in Jan 2008... I am not sure how long it is taking now

Thanks for your reply. Now i know atleast one person who has filed for PERM withdrawal on this forum. Mine was filed in first week of Jan still waiting.. to hear from DOL. Maybe these people should start Priority dates for withdrawals. Then there would be visa bulletin for PERM withdrawals :(

Mine was withdrawed during Jan of 2008 not 2009

I need to refile my PERM, by rule it states that you cannot file a new PERM for the same job position with the same employer when earlier PERM is pending. I applied for this PERM in JUN/JUL 2007 it go audited, than audit reply was sent, after that it got denied, than against my wishes company appealed the perm instead a filing a new one. Now i am stuck, so i need to withdraw this PERM inorder to file a new one..

I try to get into this green card queue but destiny always throw out of this..

Yes i read that in your first post.. I assume it was faster during 2008 but i am not sure why it is taking so much time in 2009..
