Hi,

I and my wife Advance paroles have been approved last week. But still waiting for the document to reach us.

If my wife laves early to India without New AP in hand (but it approved) and once I collect both us AP documents before I go to India, will be it ok for her?

Please let me know if anyone had same situation.

If you are 100% sure that your AP is approved, then your wife can leave early. You need AP only for entering US. And there should be no conflict when you enter, because the AP approval date would be before your departed date.

Also, usually they come in mail pretty quickly after approval. Maybe you would have it in your hand before you commence your travel abroad.

It would be good if your wife can wait.

If your travel is urgent, just take an infopass and get a temporary AP. They will check in their system that you are approved... I did that when my Dad was in the hospital. They just need a note from the doctor in India.
