Because you , me and many like us have bad luck!!!! EB categories are now unofficial lottery system. If you lucky you will not wait!

The harder I worked, the luckier I got.. I am quoting somebody here.
What did we really do in the last so many years to highlight our issues. Be frank. Did you just wait for things to happen or did you participate or do somethig atall. Your answer will help others realize if something is missing and hence can convert into positive action.

Explanation is simple-Lottery decided by prefrential people-preference spekas by u know well-no luck but if uknow someone create luck

WHat is the reason again same thing create preference-

I feel your pain. Here is my advice. Talk to your local Senator. I have been in contact with my local senator since Nov 2008. Finally, i got my I485 approved on 10th Feb, yet to receive cards though.

My senator, the longest serving in the senate history, contacted at least 3 times with USCIS, as recent as Jan 28th. So just take their help, dont even hesitate.

The tool you are looking for is Google. Just search for your local Senator and give him a call, they will tell you what they need. As you said, Senator is very effective if your date is current.

I highly recomend it, My friend too got it like that. Don't wait anymore, What's the harm it is going to make by contacting your local Senator. You have been already going through lot pain and agony.

I have been current for a while too. In 3 months I will complete 10 yrs with same company and this August it will be 8 yrs since filing for GC.

I am working through my senator also as the service request procedure at USCIS is totally crap. I dont even know why its offered .
