Hi guys, I wanted to ask for your advice! My prevailing wage came back too high and my employer's attorney and my employer will try to submit a private employer salary survey. I haven't read great things about these private surveys. Will this negatively impact my filing? Do these private surveys work? I would really appreciate any thoughts, thanks in advance!
