I applied online for my son's EAD renewal. I sent supporting documents (I-485 receipt notice and copy of expired EAD). Nebraska Service Center has RFE for photographs.
I thought applicant is invited to Application Support Center to have biometrics done when one applies online. In fact, that has been the procedures with my spouse's, another son's and my renewal applications in the past.
Could someone tell me if USCIS changed the procedure?
