I got married to an US citizen. In July 19 we sent I-130, I-485 and I-765. I went to fingerprints on august 23 and I got a letter last week telling me that the interview for I-485 is sep 30th but I haven't gotten the approval notice for I-130. I want to know if is normal to go to the interview for I-485 without the approval of the I-130 petition for alien relative. I checked my case online and I-130 petition stills pending.
Do I have to be concern about it?
