H1B Qualification

My sister has AA degree on Radiology Technician from Korean with 10 years of experience on the same field.
She has a sponsor who is willing to file petition H1B for her if she is qualified.
I heard that AA degree with 7+ experiences is equivalent to BS degree.

Please, please, please advise me if she is eligible to obtain H1B and what’s the regulation.

She should be eligible. You have to contact a lawyer who would get your sister's qualifications evaluated to get equivalency to U.S Bachelors. GOod luck.
