Hi
I had joined the training of company. But the training was not upto the level of my employer wants me to work for. That is, they wants me to work as consultant showing work experience of 6 to 7 years. but my actual work experience is only two years in IT. And they also said before that they are going to pay me stipend, but they did not pay me a penny under training. This was promised when they initially contacted me through email to work for them.
Now there lawyer is asking me to pay $5000.
What should I do please help ?
Lawyer has asked me to call!

Don't speak to other party lawyer. Choose a different lawyer and talk to him. Have all the documents that you and your employer signed while talking to your lawyer.

You should contact a lawyer first. Talk to your friends or any immigration lawyer who can point to right attorney specialized in employment laws.
