I am with Employer A currently with EB2 PD Dec 2007. Now if I transfer my H1B, what should be my course of action to file 485?
1)I guess I can file 485 with employer A, while working for employer B on H1. Do you think it's a good idea? When should I join employer A again, if at all it is required to do once I file 485?
2)Is it ok to provide latest paystubs from employer B at the time of 485 filing for employer A's future GC position?
3)If transfer to company B gets denied, can I stay legal with company A?
4)What happens to your old approved I-140 (from old employer A), when you were unsuccessful on porting the date or if USCIS doubts on the Eb2 category assigned to it previously?
5)If my new employer happens to sponsor my green card, then is it required to have a similar job profile and designation etc in order to port date?
