My situtation is
Physician working on EB2 for employer A( filed my green card)
currently on 6 year of H-1,have 8 months left
PD 03/07
140 approved
485 Filed on 07/07, Have EAD
Spouse on H4( Not added to 485 yet)
Have an offer to join fellowship at Employer B ( similar job duties, much lower salary, but I can moon light). Really want to do this fellowship, otherwise dont know when I will get greencard,
Employer B is very willing to work atround my visa status( Fine with H-1 or EAD)
If i join on H-1 with employer B will I get extension beyond my 6 years( on my approved 140) in order to do that should I invoke AC21, or use ead and file F-1 for spouse to maintain status>
If I join fellowship, what is the risk of my 485 getting denied
