H1B Transfer when there is pending H1B Extension with expired visa

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in a position where we applied for an H1B extension on 15th of sept without premium processing for the first time and my case is currently pending.. My H1B visa expired as of 18th of September.


How would it work out if I need to change a job within the same company while I already have a pending H1B Extension and expired H1B Visa.

You can do that, but you need Receipt No copy of the H1b extension and recent paystubs, then you can file new h1B transfer, it works

Expired H1B approved Copy + H1B ext Receipt copy + Recent PayStubs = Can file New H1-B transfer

only thing you have to show them is, you are in valid status
