140 transfer

Applied for 140 transfer in June '07. Its been 21 months and no news on my 140 transfer.
- Any reason for concern?
- How can I check my 140 transfer status?
- Inputs from anyone who applied during that time frame?

If you have receipt # you can check the status on uscis.gov, you can also call their 1-800 # to check what's going on with this application.
