This is my first time posting. I feel I have no where else to turn to as our lawyer has not seemed to help much lately. I am the US Citizen and my husband and I had our interview March 12, 2009. Everything went great except there was a problem with his medical examination form. The doctor who gave my husband the TB test marked that it was nonreactive but did not fill in the size of the TB bump assuming that if he had checked nonreactive the officer would understand the size was 0. BUT of course not. The officer said that unfortunately the case would have to be continued until they received the medical form filled out properly. We were upset but nonetheless immediately went to the doctors office that day had two copies made and sent them to our lawyer to bring to the JFK federal building in Boston MA. She dropped it off in person on March 18 and the officer had kept the file on his desk so she had to drop off the letter in room E170. Now we have been waiting and waiting and have received no update of any kind. I received my letter of approval of my petition for him the day of our interview and received the receipt in the mail the following Monday. We have been calling our lawyer to ask them what is going on and they have said that they received information that our file has made it to the desk of the supervisor of the officer who interviewed us and is just waiting for him to sign it. This has been since the second week in march. Now we are completely frustrated because he is unable to work and I am carrying the load of having to pay all our bills with my minimum wage job. It is becoming unbearable and I am hoping that there is SOMETHING we can do. We have called the customer service and our lawyer just recently told us to contact our congress man which we did and he sent out an email to immigration to try to help us. So if anyone knows what we can do in this situation I would GLADLY appreciate any advice.

Thank You so much for your time

I am in trouble ??/ My labor has just been cleared and now going for next process and my fren told me i hv to do my medical examiniation. i had TB 7 yrs ago and when i went to Nepal i did my whole body check up and doctore says that my x-ray report still shows the scars of TB but i dont hv to worry its been cured but this scars will never go.

So do u think my process will be delayed or rejected because of that reason.. I am seriosuly worried becase if just of my past TB if my GC will be rejected than i will feel more guilty for my husband as he is putting my name as an spouse on I-485. so if it does matter than i would not put my name on it.
