Hello Guys,
I want to share my journey so far
Nov 2003 – Landed to dream land …….US…….
Nov 2006 - EB3 Labor Pd date
3/17/2011 - EB2 labor PD date-
5/17/2011 - EB2 labor Approval date
8/1/2011 - I140 was applied. Lawyer also attached old I140 and I485 (TSC) to port date.
8/10/2011 - EB2-I140-Approved (NSC) with new priority date (3/17/2011):):(
8/16/2011 - Lawyer sent email to NSC to correct the PD date
8/17/2011 - NSC replied it will take 3-4 weeks to fix the date
9/15/2011 - Lawyer said visas are Exhausted for fiscal year 2011:(
9/23/2011 - Received new I140 with Old PD (Nov 2006)
10/5/2011 - Lawyer made some calls to TSC-Didn’t give me any detail. Told me to wait for 2 weeks to see some update on my I485.
10/14/2011- Status changed on my I485- Decision email:)
10/20/2011- Received actual cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
It’s been a long wait ……but finally wait is over….
